We completely understand that plans can change! We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your first missed appointment is on us as a courtesy.
Because our providers reserve this time especially for you, last-minute cancellations or missed appointments make it difficult to fill those spots for other clients who are waiting. For this reason, appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed after the first occurrence will incur a fee of 25% of the scheduled service or $50 for injectable, HRT, and weight loss appointments.
You can easily cancel or reschedule by phone, email, or through our online booking system.
Clients with repeated no-shows or unpaid fees may be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit or prepay for future appointments.
